Refund Policy
We firmly believe in our products. But we agree that sometimes it may not work correctly as it is supposed to work like any other software. We are confident with our product. If any errors or bugs you find out which makes the system unusable, then please open a support ticket and send us the temporary login details of your site( such as username, password, and URL).
We usually take two working days to respond to a ticket. We are going to refund your full amount without any hesitation when we are unable to resolve the issue you faced. Within 7 days of your original purchase, you will get a full refund.
Every purchase at our company is backed by the refund policy mentioned herein. The acceptance or rejection of refund is subject to the following terms and conditions as stated below:
Refund Policy Duration
Any request for a refund must be submitted in proper format within 15 days from the date of purchase in our records.
The clients seeking reimbursement for any purchased product at our website must submit a support ticket mentioning their refund request stating the appropriate reason.
Your feedback is important to us so that we can bring changes to bestow improved user experience in the future.
Refund Policy Request Approval/Rejection
Your refund request will not be approved, under one or more of the following conditions:
- If you request a refund for the product more than once.
- If any problem occurs for a third party theme/plugin, then we will not take responsibility.
- Please go to our demo website before purchasing and check whether the plugin fulfills your need or not. After the purchase, we can’t process any refund if you said the plugin does not fulfill your need.
- If you do not submit the refund request within 15 days from the date of purchase as per our records.
- You purchased the product for temporary usage and do not wish to continue using it.
- It was a wrongful decision and you bought the product in a hurry without looking into the details.
- You did not understand the product features and function properly. We had provided complete technical and documentation support, offered video tutorials and other guides to give you complete information.
- You have a technical problem, but do not want to troubleshoot the issue or take technical assistance to resolve it.
- Refund is not applicable if you want it for a feature that is not in our plugin.
- Refunds may not be allowed if you decide not to use the purchased products for no reason or you buy it by mistake.
- You request for refunding the amount deducted automatically for license renewal. You did not cancel the automatic license renewal before the pre-scheduled date and requested a refund for the renewal amount. We encourage the customers to cancel the subscriptions before the renewal date to avoid automated payment deduction issues.
- If you used a coupon code or redeemed a special price discount offer at the time of purchasing the product. Do not use these offers if you intend to test the product. We encourage and invite all customers to take a live demo or try the free trial version for such purposes.
- Non-functionality of the product due to any third-party plugin, theme, widget, snippets or any other add-on is subject to rejection of the refund rejection. Your request will be rejected if the product functions perfectly but fails to perform due to the interference caused by something else on your website.
Fund Reimbursement and Adjustments
Upon receiving your request, our support desk executives will work through the necessary formalities to transfer the refund amount to your account- credit card, PayPal, or any other mode of payment registered with us at the time of purchase.
Did Not Receive Your Refund? Contact Us
You should receive the refund amount in your account with 15-20 working days from the date of approval of your request. If the refund amount is not credited to your account within this period, please submit a ticket or contact our support team.
